Application and tuition fees are non-refundable. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, you have the option to defer your admission or program to the next available cohort or switch to virtual/physical class option, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the deferral policy.
AppClick ICT Academy reserves the right to terminate your enrollment and access to our services for any violation of these Terms and Conditions, as well as for any other reasons deemed necessary by AppClick ICT Academy in its sole discretion.
Professionalism, respect, and active participation are key expectations at the academy. Any form of misconduct—such as disruptive behavior, non-compliance with academy policies, or lack of cooperation will be documented in your attestation letter. Additionally, severe cases of misconduct may lead to disciplinary action, including possible termination from the programme without a refund. We strongly encourage you to uphold the values of responsibility, discipline, and respect throughout your learning journey.
